If you find that an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. To determine this:

Check Your Order Confirmation:
- Review the confirmation email or your account's order history to see if each item has been assigned a different tracking number.

If All Items Were Shipped Together:
- If all items were shipped using the same tracking number, please submit a ticket and attach a copy of the packing slip or any paperwork that came with the parcel. This will help us investigate further.
- If the packing slip or any attached paperwork indicates an item is missing, we will promptly ship the missing item(s) to you.
