If You Haven't Received a Tracking Number:
- If you haven't received a tracking number yet, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form.
- We will contact our Fulfillment Center to check if modifications are still possible and update you within 24 to 48 business hours.

If You Have Received a Tracking Number:
- If the shipment status is "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," please submit a ticket through our Contact Form.
- We will inquire with our Fulfillment Center about the possibility of modifications and inform you within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Please note that if the shipment status has changed from "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," we cannot guarantee modifications, as the parcel may have already left our Fulfillment Center and be in transit.
